Yield-Split Tribute
Claim holder and Good King Mining split processed yield at an agreed percentage, typically weighted toward the party carrying capital risk.
Best for proven, higher-grade sites
Fixed Royalty per Tonne
A set royalty is paid per tonne processed, independent of gold price movement — predictable income for the claim holder.
Best for stable, long-duration tribute
Net Profit Interest
Claim holder receives a share of net profit after operating costs — aligned incentives on sites still being proven out.
Best for early-stage or exploratory claims
Exact split percentages, mobilization lead times, and geological survey requirements are confirmed per site during due diligence and are not published figures.

Born from the need to bridge engineering design and operational execution, Good King Mining was established as the execution partner to Virimai Projects. While Virimai provides geotechnical designs, feasibility studies, and EPCM services, Good King Mining takes those plans into the pit and underground — delivering actual ore, moved earth, and completed sites.
